Caroline Nirberg

Caroline Nirberg is Director, Market Officer at Prologis Nordics. Since April 2020, she is working in the Business and Leasing Development Team with responsibility to identify future development and investment opportunities in existing and new markets in the Nordic region. She is stationed in the Stockholm office.

Her work at Prologis is focused on expanding Prologis long term presence in the Nordics. The assignment includes overall responsibility for project development, property and land acquisitions, and involves contacts with brokers, municipalities and customers.

Before joining Prologis, Nirberg has 14 years of experience in real estate business. She worked for various international companies throughout her career, from Hong Kong to Frankfurt. Previously, she held a position in DHL Nordic AB in Sweden as Manager of their Swedish corporate real estate portfolio. Before that she held positions in companies such as Metro Group AG, Senica Poland SP Z.O.O and Jones Lang Lasalle SE. 

Nirberg has a B.Sc in International Management and Real Estate from The Wharton School in Philadelphia, USA and an EMBA from Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. She is a member of RICS since 2017 and speaks English, German, Polish and Swedish fluently.
