Prologis is expanding its newly built Prologis Park Gothenburg II with the development of DC3, where 7,170 SQM of high-quality logistics space is available. Construction started in April 2018, and the facility will be ready for use in May 2019. The total size of Prologis Park Gothenburg II DC3 will be 25,000 SQM. With LED lighting in all areas, mineral wool ceilings and high-standard facades, DC3 is aiming for BREEAM “Very Good” accreditation.
