Prologis has divested it’s Borås DC 1 facility at Viareds industrial park in Borås to real estate company G&K Blanks Fastigheter.
The 13,000 square meter building was developed in 2009 and Prologis acquired it in 2017 as part of a larger portfolio purchase. A desirable and well-located building that has been continuously leased by the same customer.
“Offering solutions which fit our customer’s business needs is always a top priority for us. When we understood that our customer’s strategic goals were focused on owning and personalizing their logistics spaces, we were open to exploring disposition possibilities around the fully leased Borås DC1 facility with them,” says Johan Nihlmark, director, market officer at Prologis Norden. “Borås is a growing logistics hub with modern infrastructure and continues to be a key investment market for us.”
