Prologis moved its office in Sweden a small distance, but the change is significant. The new building in Gothenburg is only 400 meters from the former office, but the 5-minute walk represents a real journey for the company as it steps into a new era with modern premises to welcome customers and partners.
Prologis new home is the brand-new Kineum at Drakegatan 12, which the company relocated to in late March and early April. Kineum is not even half a kilometer from the former office, so proximity to the most central parts of the city remains the same—as do the smooth traffic connections, whether driving from the north, south or coming from the airport.
A new era created the need for different premises to accommodate changing needs. “After a few years where we haven't had the opportunity to see each other, it feels absolutely right to invest in premises that are adapted to be able to receive visitors. Here, we get both the space we need when Prologis grows and also state-of-the-art premises with nice meeting rooms, where we are happy to welcome our friends and partners,” says Gunnar Gillholm, vice president and country manager Nordics. “In the spectacular Kineum, we get exactly the conditions we want—larger premises as the workforce grows and, above all, new conditions to welcome our partners and customers.”
