Göteborg – 9 January 2018 – Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced that they have signed a long term lease agreement with Storex AB regarding a logistics facility with a total area of 10 839 square meters.
Storex AB is the first tenant in Prologis new speculative logistics facility, DC3, located in the modern logistics park Prologis Park Gothenburg II. The construction will start mid March 2018 with estimated completion of the buildingearly 2019. The total area of the new logistics property is about 25,000 m2. next to the space leased to Storex, the building will have another unit available of circa 14,400m2, which can accommodate one or multiple additional customers.

In order to meet our customers' needs, we now choose to build a new facility in our Prologis Park Gothenburg II logistics park.
