Tapwell, the Swedish kitchen and bathroom fittings company, has signed a long-term lease for more than 4,000 square meters at a Prologis facility with strong sustainability profile in Rosersberg, north of Stockholm. Tapwell will take occupancy from 1 June 2026.

Prologis facility will support Tapwell’s requirements for greater efficiency and to further strengthen reliable fulfilment and consistent service levels. The facility’s sustainability features will support progress toward its ambitious environmental targets. The agreement includes an adaptation of the office tailored to Tapwell’s operational needs.

“Strengthening our logistics set-up is about delivering reliable fulfilment and consistent service levels,” explains Måns Hammarbäck, Business Development at Tapwell. This facility supports efficient day-to-day operations and helps us move closer to our environmental targets and ambitions, while also providing a working environment where employee wellbeing is a clear priority.”

Rosersberg is one of the Stockholm region’s established logistics locations, with access to the E4 corridor, proximity to the airport area and rail connections—supporting predictable inbound flows and dependable outbound delivery windows across the Stockholm region and beyond.

Rosersberg DC4 is a logistics facility of around 20,000 sqm, developed with sustainability and energy performance in mind. The building is BREEAM “Excellent” certified and includes measures that support energy-efficient operation, including rooftop solar, high-performance insulation and smart metering to help monitor and manage consumption. In parts of the office, lower-carbon material choices have been used to help reduce embodied carbon, alongside features aimed at supporting employee wellbeing and biodiversity around the site.

Tapwell is the second occupier at Rosersberg DC4, following Cookin Food Sweden AB, with just one unit remaining – a modern, high-specification space designed to accommodate a range of logistics or light industrial operations, offering flexible layout, strong ESG credentials and access to key transport links.

“Expectations of logistics sites are rising. Companies want efficiency and reliability in daily operations and workplaces that support the people running them. With Rosersberg DC4 now around half occupied, the building is taking shape as a multi-customer hub, with capacity for one more occupier,” says Tony Johansson, Director, Head of Development Management Nordics, Prologis Sweden.

The transaction was supported by CBRE and Clarfast.
