Antalis and Staffan Berglund lease logistics space at Prologis facility in Jordbro, Stockholm
Corporate News
Antalis AB and Staffan Berglund Transport AB have each signed leases at a Prologis facility in Jordbro, with a combined area of roughly 17,000 sqm, securing space to support their logistics operations in the Stockholm region. Both leases commence on 1 May 2026.
Staffan Berglund Transport AB, a Swedish third-party logistics (3PL) and last mile operator, will lease 3,807 sqm for multi-client operations in the Stockholm area. “This collaboration gives us a strong platform for future growth in Stockholm,” says Kent Lindström, Operations Manager at Staffan Berglund Transport AB.
The remainder of the facility will be occupied under a separate lease by Antalis AB. Antalis is part of the Japanese group KPP Group Holdings Co., Ltd., which is a leading distributor of paper, packaging and visual communication globally. "We are moving into a building that meets our requirements for efficient storage and handling of our goods and services and provides suitable office space," Håkan Askenberger, Managing Director, Antalis AB.
Jordbro offers a location between central Stockholm and Stockholm Port, with direct links to key road corridors and access to a broad labour catchment. From here, the tenants can serve both the city and the port within predictable lead times and plan their distribution efficiently.
Until commencement of the leases, Prologis will deliver customer-specific adjustments in the building. These works include a dedicated room for specialised storage, a showroom, a new ground-floor warehouse office, and a small-van loading bay for last-mile efficiency. In 2024, Prologis invested in an extensive improvement of the building, including a new roof and the replacement of docks and gates. The building offers solid fundamentals – clear height of 10 metres, 18 efficient loading docks and a layout that can be configured for multi-tenant use.
Vacancy in the Stockholm logistics market is currently around 11.5% after a period of rapid development. Within this environment, customers are focusing on space that supports compliant, cost-controlled and adaptable operations in established corridors such as Jordbro.
“Customers are making careful choices in this market and are prioritising modern, flexible space in core locations that support their operations. Jordbro offers a balance of proximity and efficiency for operators serving both Stockholm and the port. With targeted investment, we’re ensuring the building is ready for safe, efficient and more sustainable operations,” said Andreas Berggren, Leasing Manager, Prologis Nordics.
Prologis acknowledges Realtum AB and JLL Sweden for their roles in the transaction.
