Gothenburg – 20 August, 2018 – Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced that they have signed a long-term lease with DHL Supply Chain for more than 9,000 sqm in the logistics facility DC4, in Torslanda, Gothenburg.
DHL Supply Chain is one Prologis’ biggest customers with facilities accounting for close to 1 million square meters worldwide. Through this agreement DHL takes over the entire DC4 building. Together with the 14,000 square meter building DC2, DHL now lease close to 30,000 sqm in Prologis Logistics Park I in Torslanda.
The site will be fully dedicated to a customer that DHL recently signed a long-term contract with, starting operations in Q2 2019.

Vacancies in Gothenburg are now at a historically low level. A completely new building, DC3 in Prologis Logistics Park II, is currently under construction and will be completed during the first half of 2019. The first tenant, Storex, is to move in at the beginning of 2019. Next to Storex, two units totalling 14,400 sqm will be constructed and delivered in Q2 2019. These units are available for lease, anticipating solid demand for modern warehouse space in the Gothenburg region.
