Gunnar Gillholm

Gunnar Gillholm is vice president, Country Manger Nordics at Prologis. As a member of the leasing team, his main responsibilities include leasing and re-leasing existing logistics real estate. He is also responsible for new developments in the Nordics.

Gillholm is tasked with identifying future development and investment opportunities in existing and new markets in the Nordics region. He services customers from the Prologis global network, as well as local organizations in need of logistics real estate facilities. Furthermore, Gillholm represents Prologis Nordics in his contacts with local governments and other stakeholders.

Gillholm joined Prologis in 2006 as a project manager for the Nordics team. He became vice president and head of project management for the Northern European region in 2016 and transferred to his current role as market officer Nordics in January 2018. He is a part of the Northern European leadership team.

Before joining Prologis, Gillholm worked at AB Hjällbo Bostaden, 3G Infrastructure Services and NCC.

Gillholm holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and studied business economics at Uppsala University.
