Magnus Thim

Magnus Thim is Real Estate and Customer Experience Lead, Senior Manager at Prologis Nordics. He has 19 assets under management, representing approximately 500,000 square meters.

Thim is responsible for property management in the Nordics and involved in the technical management and commercial management of the portfolio, selecting and monitoring external technical and facility management suppliers. His responsibilities include budgeting, negotiations, assessing maintenance contracts, analyzing yearly acquisition and disposition of the portfolio, and aligning strategy with asset management. His role also includes knowledge transfer for property management within Northern Europe.

Thim has a track record in facility and property management. He started as a maintenance technician in 1998 and became a maintenance and production manager in 2005. In 2011, he joined facility management supplier Veolia as a key account manager with Prologis as his main client. He became a consulting property manager for Prologis in 2016 and senior property manager in January 2018.
