From her early days interning at a multinational German company to her studies at the prestigious Wharton Business School, Caroline’s passion for real estate has always been evident. Previously, she worked in asset management, brokerage, and corporate real estate management before finding her calling back to Sweden and logistics. In her homecoming she began with the management of the entire Swedish portfolio at a leading provider of mail and logistics services, which eventually led her to the Swedish Prologis team.

Whoever said logistics is unsexy doesn’t know what they are talking about, by far this has been to biggest advancement in my career.”

Now, as the leader of the Swedish platform at Prologis, Caroline is fully immersed in her role.

"Sometimes it feels like I am engaged in everything – and that’s what I love about the job!"

At Prologis, there are no silos – everyone is committed to the success of the customers, which requires great cooperation and communication across the team. Caroline’s major focus is to grow the Swedish platform to better serve our expanding customer base.

Her experiences at Prologis have taught her the importance of customer centricity - "If you focus everything in your business on the customer, you make it a successful business.

Caroline is fully committed to this mindset in everything she does; always putting the customer's needs first and finding solutions to their challenges. It’s the first thing she thinks about in the morning, the last thing at night and before any relevant decision - “How can I help my customers with their core business and how can I solve their problems– in the end, this will make us successful as well.”

To Caroline, making Prologis clients happy means being responsive to understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to their problems. She believes that by continuing to prioritize our customers and fostering a strong team culture, Prologis will continue their long and steady growth.

In her spare time, Caroline has a great variety of passions, just as her professional experiences. Reliving her childhood through the eyes of her 5-year-old son, she tries to squeeze out as much as possible from life. From skiing in the winter with a hot cocoa in the evening, to hiking in the summer getting up a sweat, or going to the opera and appreciating the insight to a musical saga.
